The Committee is elected at the Annual General Meeting each year.

The year operated by Walk East Norfolk is 1st May to 30th April

Committee Meeting Minutes

The Committee meets approximately every three months. The minutes of each meeting has to be approved

at the following meeting. Meeting Minutes will be emailed to all members when approved.

Annual General Meeting

Each year (in May/June) an Annual General Meeting will be held for all members to re-elect the committee
and decide on matters that are concerned with the overall constitution and operation of the group.
The agenda and minutes of these meetings will be emailed to all members. Members are encouraged to
attend to raise any points that they may wish to discuss. .

Walk East Norfolk is an independent walking group and receives no financial support from other organisations such as Health Bodies or Local Government. Hence the need to rely on our membership to support the running costs with a very small annual fee. Committee members are displayed on this page.
